At One Day’s Wages, 100% of donations designated to specific causes or projects (minus processing fees) go directly to that work, while gifts to Where Needed Most may also help sustain the mission and infrastructure that make long-term partnership possible. Our team has built a trusted network of partners around the world who empower local leaders to create lasting change. We also know that poverty alleviation and development work is complex and doesn’t always go as planned. That is why we are deeply committed to transparency and regularly share reports, stories, and financial updates with our community.

Our partnership with Justice Ventures International
All Nation Baptist Church was an initiative to promote justice in southeast Chennai, India, the fourth largest city in India, with a population of 8 million. Our partnership with Justice Ventures and their initiative, Operation Agape, was meant to alleviate extreme poverty and hunger through micro-enterprise development and vocational training and to achieve universal primary education by ensuring children in Chennai the opportunity to complete a full course of primary education.
Through Operation Agape, ODW and JVI seeked to provide pro bono legal aid services for the poor and oppressed and organizations serving these communities.
